PRIVATE GROUPS
At Columbine United, we are happy to host your private group or event!
​
We have a number of rooms that vary in size, and one that includes a full kitchen. Room fees include use of the facility, tables, and chairs. Please note that two of our rooms also come equipped with pianos, which are perfect for rehearsals and arts programs.
CUC will also provide hot coffee and tea for a fee.
​
To reserve a room, you must pay a refundable deposit via check made out to Columbine United Church. Once you are done with the room and have returned it to its original state, your deposit will be returned to you.
SANCTUARY
Beautiful peaked ceilings, wooden beams, and stained glass make our sanctuary a gem. Complete with a stage and cushioned chairs, this is the perfect area for performances and formal ceremonies.

Donation Amount: $50/hr (members); $60/hr (non-profits); $100/hr (non-members)

Deposit: $50 (refundable)
BIEL HALL
This large, open, and sun-soaked room is the perfect place for any event. Measuring about 37' x 34', this room has the capacity for up to 88 seated individuals. Biel Hall also has a large electric door that can open to create indoor-outdoor flow to the back deck. Additionally, there is a large flat-screen television mounted to the wall where you can show presentations or access subsciptions such as Netflix.

Donation Amount: $200 (4 hours, member); $300 (4 hours, non-member).

Deposit: $150 (refundable)
BIEL KITCHEN
This newly updated kitchen features two gas ranges, built-in chafing dishes, refrigerator, freezer, and industrial dishwasher. It is the perfect area for meals large and small, and comes complete with serving bar that can be closed off with an electric downward folding door. Fees are for use of the kitchen and Biel Hall.

Donation Amount: $350 (4 hours, member); $500 (4 hours, non-member)

FIRESIDE ROOM
This intimate space features a brick fireplace, a piano, and large windows. It also has a large flat screen television that has the ability to cast from your laptop to its screen or access any of your streaming subscriptions such as Netflix.
Measuring about 30' x 30', this room has the capacity for 48-75 individuals (amount varies based on table usage).

Donation Amount: $35/hr (members and non-profits); $50/hr (non-members)

CONFERENCE ROOM
This cozy conference room is perfect for small meetings or gatherings. It has a large flat screen television that has the ability to cast from your laptop to its screen or access any of your streaming subscriptions such as Netflix. It also has a bar integrated with the television that has a Zoom conferencing ability so you can host hybrid meetings.

Measuring 24' x 16', this room has the capacity for 10-12 individuals seated around the conference table.

Donation Amount: $25/hr (members and non-profits); $30/hr (non-members)

DOWNSTAIRS CLASSROOMS
All classrooms are spacious and well-lit. The yellow and orange rooms both have a large flat screen television with the ability to cast from your laptop to its screen or access any of your streaming subscriptions such as Netflix.
Yellow Room: Measures 42' x 34' and has the capacity for 120-150 (amount varies based on table usage). This room also features a piano and a full kitchen.

Orange Room: Measures 24' x 22' and has the capacity for 20-30 individuals (amount varies based on table usage).
​
Green Room: Measures 24' by 30' and has the capacity for 24-30 individuals (amount varies based on table usage).
​
Purple Room: Measures 16' by 32 feet and has the capacity for 20-30 individuals (amount varies based on table usage).
