PRIVATE EVENTS

At Columbine United, we are happy to host your private group or event!

We have a number of rooms that vary in size, in addition to a full kitchen. Room fees include use of the facility, tables, and chairs. Please note that two of our rooms also come equipped with pianos, which are perfect for rehearsals and arts programs.

 

CUC will also provide hot coffee and tea for an additional fee.

To reserve a room, you must pay a refundable deposit via check made out to Columbine United Church. Once you are done with the room and have returned it to its original state, your deposit will be returned to you.

SANCTUARY

Beautiful peaked ceilings, wooden beams, and stained glass make our sanctuary a gem. Complete with a stage and cushioned chairs, this is the perfect area for performances and formal ceremonies.

Cost: $50/hr (members and non-profits); $100/hr (non-members)

Deposit: $50 (refundable)

BIEL HALL

This large, open, and airy room is the perfect place for any event. Measuring about 37' x 34', this room has the capacity for up to 88 seated individuals. Biel Hall also has a large electric door that can open to create indoor-outdoor flow to the back deck.

Cost: $300 for three hours

Deposit: $150 (refundable)

BIEL KITCHEN

This newly updated kitchen features two gas ranges, built-in chafing dishes, refrigerator, freezer, and industrial dishwasher. It is the perfect area for meals large and small, and comes complete with serving bar that can be closed off with an electric downward folding door.

Cost: $500 for three hours

Deposit: $150 (refundable)

FIRESIDE ROOM

This intimate space features a brick fireplace, a piano, and large windows. Measuring about 30' x 30', this room has the capacity for 48-75 individuals (amount varies based on table usage).

Cost: $25/hr (members and non-profits); $30/hr (non-members)

Deposit: $30 (refundable)

CONFERENCE ROOM

This cozy conference room is perfect for small meetings or gatherings. Measuring 24' x 16', this room has the capacity for 10-12 individuals seated around the conference table.

Cost: $25/hr (members and non-profits); $30/hr (non-members)

Deposit: $30 (refundable)

DOWNSTAIRS CLASSROOMS

All classrooms are roomy and well-lit. 

 

Yellow Room: Measures 42' x 34' and has the capacity for 120-150 (amount varies based on table usage). Features a piano and a full kitchen.

Orange Room: Measures 24' x 22' and has the capacity for 20-30 individuals (amount varies based on table usage).

Green Room: Measures 24' by 30' and has the capacity for 24-30 individuals (amount varies based on table usage).

Purple Room: Measures 16' by 32 feet and has the capacity for 20-30 individuals (amount varies based on table usage). 

Cost: $25/hr (suggested donation for members); $25/hr (non-profits); $30/hr (non-members)
